Rules

• Make sure your subscriber, like, view counter is not hidden & accounts are public before you order.
• Do not order more than one order for the same link at the same time until the first one is delivered.
• We cannot cancel or edit any order after you put it on the system unless there is a problem.
• No orders for porn, politics, extremism, or any content that stirs public opinion.
• Payment issues? Contact us on WhatsApp. Your money is 100% safe.

Refill

• No refill if you change your username or make your account private.
• Refill is only for Order ID, not the link.
• Refill requests may be rejected if the drop is less than 5%.
• Refill period usually takes 24-72 hours.

Refund

• No refund if you order from TheProSMM and another panel for the same link.
• Wrong/non-working links will be automatically canceled and refunded.
• "Partial" means the amount of remaining quantity is refunded.
• "Cancelled" means fully refunded.

Terms of Service

• If the system has a problem, users will have to wait as the social network is the important variable.
• For general orders not working for more than 24 hours, the system will cancel the order and automatically refund the full amount.
• We reserve the right to change package prices without prior notice.
• Do not use for obscene media, lese majeste, or fake news.
• If you violate these rules, we reserve the right to suspend the service without prior notice.
• Package purchases cannot be changed to another Facebook or page; a new package must be purchased.
• If a package order encounters a system issue, compensation will be provided once fixed.
• Policies and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
• Users accept the risks involved with their social media accounts and take full responsibility.
• We have a no-refund policy in any case.
• Users acknowledge that TheProSMM is solely a service provider for increasing engagement and is not responsible for any wrongdoing by users.
