Rules Before Placing an Order


Follow these rules to ensure smooth order processing:


  • Do Not Place Multiple Orders for the Same Link: Avoid placing multiple orders for the same link simultaneously to prevent overlapping services.
  • Ensure the Account is Public: The account must be public for the services to work. Private accounts will not receive the service.
  • Follow the Correct Link Format: Use the link format exactly as mentioned in the service description to avoid processing issues.
  • Read the Service Description Carefully: Before placing an order, read the service description thoroughly to understand the delivery time, refill policy, and other details.
  • Place Orders Responsibly: Any incorrect or incomplete information can result in delays or loss, for which the panel is not responsible.

 Terms of Service

The provision of the services by theprosmm.com  creates an agreement to these Terms.


By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and understood the 
following terms of service with theprosmm.com  and will not be responsible for any loss in any way for users who do not read all of the terms of service below.

  • If the system has a problem, users will have to wait because the important variable is the social network.
  • In case of general orders not working for more than 24 hours, the system will cancel the order and automatically refund the full amount of the order price to your User.
  • We reserve the right to change package prices without prior notice.
  • Do not use it for anything that is suggestive of obscene media, lese majeste, or fake news.
  • If you violate any of these rules, we reserve the right to suspend the service without prior notice.
  • If you purchase any service sold as a package, you cannot change it to another Facebook or page. You must purchase a new package only.
  • For package orders, if the system has a problem, once it is fixed, compensation will be provided later.
  • Policies and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Throughout the use of services with  theprosmm.com , users must accept the risks that may occur to their Social Media Accounts and must be solely responsible for the consequences.
  • We have a no-refund policy in any case. 
  • Users accept, understand and are aware that   theprosmm.com is only a service provider for increasing likes/followers/views for promoting or promoting online channels only. We will not be responsible for any wrongdoings of members.


  Cancellation/Refund Policy for Order Difference


Since some orders may be delayed during certain times or the Social has updated FASTLIKE, we would like to clarify the cancellation/refund policy for the difference in orders as follows:


  • You can cancel an order or request for order cancellation only if the order has been inactive for more than 24 hours.
  • In case the order is not more than 24 hours old, you can request to speed up/restart the order.
  • If an order is in the "Working"  or "Processing"  status and the system has sent some of the amount but the order has stopped working or is not continuous,
    the system will initially restart the order again. If the system cannot successfully restart, the team will "refund the difference"  for that order.
    For example, if you order 100 and work until 50 are left, you can request a refund of the difference for the remaining 50.


 Refund

This refund covers top-ups for spending in the system via transfer channels, credit/debit cards, TrueMoney Wallet, and QR Code scanning.


  • Top-ups to the system  cannot be withdrawn in any case. Please top up only as much as you think you will use up.   No refunds will be made after the deposit is complete.
    You must use up the remaining balance to order services from theprosmm.com 
  • You agree that once you have made a payment, you will not file a dispute or dispute payment with us for any reason.
  • Fraudulent activity such as unauthorized or stolen credit card use will result in termination of your account and full legal action, without exception.
  • If you file a dispute or chargeback with us after depositing, or do anything that suggests fraud, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders and permanently ban your IP without exception.

In the case of refunding money back to the User in theprosmm.com when the order cannot be completed

  • If the order cannot be processed from the beginning/the order cannot be processed for more than 24 hours, the system will cancel and refund the full amount of the order back to the User in theprosmm.com
  • If the system can only work partially and not completely according to the ordered quantity, the actual amount of the remaining order will be refunded back to the User on theprosmm.com

In the event that a refund cannot be made to the User on theprosmm.com 

  • If the status changes to "Completed", it cannot be canceled or refunded in any case because the order has already been completed. 
  • If the status is "Sending to the system" or "Working", cancellation/refund may not be possible in some cases. Please check carefully before confirming the order.
  • If the order is not publicly opened before ordering, but the order has been processed, no refunds will be made in any case.
  • If you wish to cancel your order in package form, a refund will not be possible in any case.
  • If you enter the wrong link or username, even though the destination is real, you will not be able to cancel or refund. "Inserting the wrong link" means inserting another post link, someone else's link, entering the wrong username, or other links/usernames that the user does not intend to add to the link/username. Please check carefully before confirming the order.
  • If you place multiple orders or order at the same time with other stores or systems at the same time, we reserve the right to cancel and refund.


 Be careful


  • Please do not place multiple orders with the same link or use more than one server that serves the same category, as the system may count the same starting amount, which may result in the system not being able to provide the correct followers/likes. In this case, we will not be able to refund these orders.
  • In case of requesting cancellation, it cannot be requested in any case. If you order multiple times, the system will enter the condition of multiple orders and cannot request to cancel. There will be a cancellation in only one case, which is in the case that the system cannot work for that order. The system will cancel and refund the money back to your User automatically.
