• Do not upload inappropriate content that violates platform guidelines.
• Orders on accounts with 100k+ prior metrics are not covered under refill protection.

User Guidelines

• Eligibility: Only valid for users following platform terms.
• Payment: All services are prepaid. No cancellations once in progress.
• Provide accurate details to ensure order success.
• User information is protected with strict privacy measures.
• Contact support for queries or assistance.

Service Guidelines

• No warranty on non-refill services.
• Refill available only within the specified period.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• Drops can occur due to external platform updates.
• Guarantees apply to the latest order only. Avoid overlapping orders.
• Account credentials are never required—keep your data secure.
• Use built-in tracking tools for order progress updates.
• Respect platform-imposed usage limits to avoid penalties.
• Risk of using SMM services is solely the user's responsibility.

Refill Policy

• No refill for username changes.
  Refill applies only to the order, not to your link. If the link stops working, refill cannot be done.
• Refill system checks each order separately.
  Refill is based on the start count, quantity, and end count of every individual order
• Multiple refill requests are reviewed individually.
  Even if you request refill for many orders, each order is checked one by one.
• Do not place a new order before refill completes.
  Example: If your follower order dropped, open a ticket for refill and wait until the refill is fully completed. A new order will take the current start count, which can cause issues.
• Refill duration varies.
  Normally refill is completed within 24 hours, but may change due to updates or system load.
• Large base accounts need matching order quantity.
  If an account has a very high follower count (e.g., 1M) and you order a small number (e.g., less than 50k), drops may come from old followers.
  In this situation, refill is not possible.
• Order all followers from us for full support.
  If all followers are ordered from our panel, we can track and refill them properly.
• No refill for huge old drops.
  If an account with a big base gets heavy old drops, refill will be limited.
  You must place a new order with at least 10% of your base (example: 100k order for 1M base) to stabilize the profile.
• Minimum drop required for refill.
  A refill can be processed only if the drop is at least 5–10% of the account base or a minimum of 100 dropped followers (whichever is applicable).

  For Telegram Members services, DO NOT        use public links.

If a public link is used, no refund and no refill will be provided.

One invite link = one order

Use only ONE invite link for ONE order.

If you place multiple orders using the same invite link, refill will be applicable only on the LAST order quantity.

• Invite link is mandatory

Always use an invite link for Telegram Members services.

Orders placed without an invite link or with an incorrect link are not eligible for refill or refund.

• Keep invite link active

The invite link must remain active and unchanged until the order is completed.

If the link expires or is changed, refill will not be possible.

• Minimum drop required for refill

A refill can be processed only if the drop is at least 5–10% of the account base or a minimum of 100 members, whichever is applicable.

Tips and Tricks

• Avoid using multiple links for the same service.
• Choose refill/warranty options for long-term usage.
• Cheap services may come with lower quality and no support.
• Cancellation time varies based on service type and volume.
• Refill applies only to the most recent, eligible order.
• Test with small quantities before placing bulk orders.

Drop Types Explained

• Drop After Delivery: Full delivery followed by drop. Refill available if within period.
• Drop While Delivering: Partial delivery. Refill eligible under terms.
• Full Drop/No Delivery: Entire order fails. Not eligible for refill/warranty.

• We are not responsible for any damages caused to your business by our services.
